For example, shared data for the above listed ARC412 course for the fall 00 term would be located in the subdirectory: S:\courses\ARC412.F00 Faculty and their TA/GA are given full rights to the subdirectory. Data will remain available for one week after grades are submitted to the University. Thereafter, this material will be archived to cd-rom and tape, and removed from the file server. Users are responsible for making personal copies of this material before this time. If a personal back up is not done and the data must be restored, there will be a $35 restoration fee.
