Accounts are typically activated within 2 business days of receipt of completed form. Accounts will be active for the current semester only and will close 1 week after grades are due to the University. The student is responsible for archiving any personal data before that date. Student acknowledges that a per credit hour fee (undergraduate rate of $13/credit hour; graduate rate of $16/credit hour) for all non-general education courses taken in the School will be assessed to their University tuition bill; requests for access for general education courses taken in the School can not be honored. This request for a computing account in the SA&P computing can only be processed up to the midsemester point of the current semester due to billing restrictions imposed by the University.
