The equipment (digital cameras and portable zip drives) are only available to current Faculty, Staff and Students of the School of Architecture and Planning. A valid faculty/staff/student ID card must be presented at the time the reservations are made and at the time the equipment is picked up for use.
For digital camera reservations: Please read the Terms and Conditions below and contact the DMG Staff in room 243 Hayes Hall. Please see Hours and Locations for the regular hours of operation.
The following terms and conditions apply to ALL Faculty, Staff and Students.
Digital Camera Terms and Conditions
- The devices may be reserved in advance or signed out at any time but is subject to availability. All equipment is handled on a first come, first served basis.
- A person may not reserve a device for more than one day at a time or reserve more than one type of device at any time.
- By making a reservation and borrowing the equipment, that person is taking sole liability for the repair and / or replacement of the borrowed device if it becomes damaged or loss during the 24 hour period the equipment is in their possession.
- Any device that has not been picked up from the DMG Staff in room 243 Hayes Hall by 5 pm on the day of the reservation will automatically become available for others to sign-out.
- Devices are due to be returned by NOON the following day. Any device that is not returned by this time is subject to the following Overdue Fines Schedule:

If device is not returned promptly, or
overdue fines go unpaid, the borrower's user account at the School
of Architecture and Planning will be disabled until the device is
returned, or outstanding balances are paid. |
