Printing refunds will be granted if the following conditions apply:
- The request is received within 1 business day of the troubled print job.
- The actual print job must be returned (if applicable) to the Media Services room for evaluation.
- If requesting a refund for a plot, it must be returned to and requested of the person who was working during the failed attempt. No staff member will refund for jobs that were not sent during their shift.
- Refunds will not be granted to print / plot jobs there were flawed due to user error. ONLY those jobs whose quality were degraded by faulty equipment.
