Often when connecting to a computing resource at the School of Architecture and Planning, you are required to authenticate (prove that you are a valid user with rights to resources) to the server that you are trying to connect to. This can occur when trying to access your network storage areas, connect to a web page which is restricted to faculty, staff and students at the School.
When the dialogue box pictured to the right appears, it is required to enter the following in order to successfully authenticate:
Username: AD\your username
Password: your password
Please replace "your username" and "your password" with your UBit username and password.
