Step 1: Click the mouse on the File menu option and select Print.

Step 2: Select the plotter:

\\arpl-5\HayesPlotter2

Step 3: Click on the Properties button.

Step 4: Under the Paper Size tab in the Properties window, select the appropriate paper size for the job to be printed on from the Paper Options drop down menu.

If the correct paper size is not listed, then click on the Custom button and type in the correct paper size in the custom paper size window that appears and click OK.

Step 5: Verify that the paper source is set to the type of paper that the poster is to be printed on:

Roll 1: Vellum
Roll 2: Mylar
Roll 3: Transparency

Step 6: Click OK in the Properties window.

Step 7: Verify that the preview appears correctly on the left of the Print dialogue window. Click OK in the Print the file.
