Step 1: Select File, then Print. : Select printer:

\\arpl-5\HayesPlotter1

from the drop down menu.

Step 2 : Select Setup to verify that correct Printer is selected and to verify that the correct paper size, type and roll is correctly configured.

Step 3: Click on Preferences

Step 4: Select Paper Size from drop down menu. If the proper paper size does not appear, then click the More Sizes button and type in the correct paper size in the window that appears.

Step 5: Select Paper Type, and Paper Source.

Step 6: Select OK to close all dialog boxes.

Step 7: Select Print to close the next dialog box.

Step 8: Select Print to send final configured version of your document to the printer.
