	Workspace is defined by the total rectangular white space. : Canvas size (designated by you) is the smaller space within. : Within the canvas size, the page borders are designated by the Pink/Purple exterior lines.
	Step 1 : Select File, then Print. : Step 2: Select printer \\arpl-5\HayesPlotter2 from the drop down menu.
	Step 3 : Select Setup to verify that correct Printer is selected. : Click on Preferences.
	Step 4: Select Paper Size from drop down menu or Select Paper Type, and Paper Source.: Select OK to close all dialog boxes. : Select Print to close the next dialog box. Step 5 : By clicking Set Preset, you can save the settings to print this type of document. Step 6 : Select Print to send final configured version of your document to the printer.
