Step 1 : Select File, then Print with Preview. Step 2: Click on the Page Setup button. |

Step 4: Select printer: \\arpl-5\HayesPlotter1 Step 5: Click on the Properties. |

Step 6: Under Application page size:, select your preferred paper size. If it is not listed, then click on the More Sizes button and enter the page size that your print should be. Please keep in mind that your page size must be slightly larger than your image size in order to avoid cropping problems. Under Paper source, select the roll which has the paper type that you want to print on.
Click OK until you get back to the original window. |

Step 7: Click the Print button. If a window appears warning that some cropping was going to occur during the print, click on the CANCEL button and start the printing process over again. Step 8: If you did not receive an error message, then click the OK button in this final window to start the printing process. |
