Step 1 : Select File, then Page Setup.

Step 2 : Select printer \\arpl-5\HayesPlotter2 from the drop down menu.

Step 3 : Select Properties. Under 'Application Page Size' select your designated canvas size.

Step 4 : Select your Paper Type with corresponding Paper Source.
Always make certain that the 36 inch roll is selected. (i.e. if you insist on selecting any other size role-your document will be sized incorrectly and you cannot be refunded for this error.)

Step 5 : For custom size, scroll to bottom of drop down list and select <more sizes>.

Insert correct page size Width 36 in Height 24 in.

Step 6 : Click OK to close all dialog boxes.

Step 7 : Select File, and then Print with Preview.
Verify how your plot will look and then select Print.

Click Print and click OK to send your plot.
