Step 1 : Select File, then Page Setup. Step 2 : Select your paper size; Letter or 11x17. : Select the Source which will designate the type of paper to be printed on. : Select either portrait or landscape. |

Step 3 : Click Printer and Select printer \\arpl-5\Hayes from the drop down menu.: Click OK to close all dialog boxes. |

Step 4 : Select File, then Print with preview. |

Step 5 : Follow the prompts and select OK to send your print. |
