Step 1 : Select File, then Print. |

Step 2 : Select printer; \\arpl-5\HayesColor from the drop down menu. |

Step 3: Click on Preferences. |

Step 4: Go to tab Paper to select paper size either letter, legal or 11x17. Select OK to close all dialog boxes. Select Print to close the next dialog box. |

Step 5 : Select Print to send final configured version of your document to the printer. |
