Printing to a Color printer from IndesignCS3

	Important details to know Workspace is defined by the total rectangular white space. Canvas size (designated by you) is the smaller space within. Within the canvas size, the page borders are designated by the Pink/Purple exterior lines.
	Step 1 : Select File, then Print. : Select printer; \\arpl-5\HayesColor from the drop down menu. In the preview window, this will show the page layout only. One Click on the preview window shows first the printing space, second click gives details of indicated page sizes, and third click shows work space on the page size selected. (This preview will always show WITHOUT a preview of your work).
	Step 2 : Select Setup to verify that correct Printer is selected. : Click on Preferences.
	Go to tab Paper to select paper size either letter, legal or 11x17. Select OK to close all dialog boxes. Select Print to close the next dialog box. Step 3 : By clicking Set Preset, you can save the settings to print this type of document. Step 4 : Select Print to send final configured version of your document to the printer.
